We exist because nobody else would help
USG was born out of necessity. Our founder Roman holds a Russian passport. After 2022, that passport made it nearly impossible to run an international business – not because the business was problematic, but because of where the passport was from. Every corporate service provider said the same thing: “We’ll register your company, but figure out banking yourself.”
Roman solved his own problem by testing more than 50 banks and fintech platforms. Then he helped a few founders facing the same barriers. Then the word spread: this is the company that can get the bank account open and keep payments and compliance running – even when your passport is the problem.
Most corporate service providers in Hong Kong and Singapore serve clients who need standard setup – Western passports, clean corporate histories. Our clients have none of that. And that’s exactly why we exist.
