1. Services

United Suppliers Group Limited (“USG”, “we”, “us”) provides international business consulting services including company formation, corporate banking assistance, and compliance advisory in Hong Kong, China, and Singapore. USG is not a licensed financial institution or regulated corporate service provider (TCSP). We act as a consulting intermediary only.

2. No Funds Handling

USG does not handle, hold, or transfer client funds. All payments for government fees or third-party services are made directly by clients to the relevant authorities or institutions.

3. Compliance & AML

USG does not assist with sanctions evasion, money laundering, or any illegal financial activities. All clients undergo Know Your Customer (KYC) screening and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risk assessment prior to engagement. We voluntarily align our compliance framework with FATF Recommendations, Hong Kong AMLO (Cap. 615), and international AML/CFT standards.

4. Limitation of Liability

USG’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for decisions made by banks, government registries, payment processors, or other third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of United Suppliers Group Limited. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without prior written permission.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
