OUR PHILOSOPHY

Why do we care?
We respect people who take risks and change the world around them. They start businesses, create jobs, support families, unlock potential, grow local economies, and solve real problems in their countries. They act because they care. These are real entrepreneurs — and they deserve respect.
Such people live in every country. But true entrepreneurs often think beyond borders. In an ideal world, they should have the same opportunities to operate globally. If their product or service works — it should grow and benefit others too.
But in the real world, not everyone has equal access to global markets. If an entrepreneur holds a passport from a country labeled “high-risk” by international institutions, their business may face extra barriers:
• Banks might not open accounts.
• Global marketplaces may block registration.
• Payment systems can restrict access, not because of what the business does, but due to country of origin.
• Suppliers may hesitate to work together or accept payments.
• KYC and compliance checks become longer and more complicated.
• And many other challenges that stay invisible to those from “low-risk” countries.
To simply grow their business, such entrepreneurs constantly have to explain and document their legitimacy — even for legal, transparent activity.
We understand this reality: our company was founded by entrepreneurs from Russia. We’ve personally faced these restrictions — and heard “no” even when everything was done properly. Through this experience, we’ve learned how to present a business clearly, meet compliance expectations, and work within international standards — so that banks and partners are open to cooperation.
We’ve been through it. Now we help others do the same.
Our team are experts in China, Hong Kong and Singapore. That’s why we help clients build international structures using these jurisdictions. Whether you’re entering Asian markets, sourcing from China, launching on Amazon, setting up Stripe, or building an iOS app — we help you find the right setup and make it work.
Yes, it’s possible to run a global, legal, and profitable business — even from a “difficult” country.
And it’s often easier than it seems.
